The flight between London’s Docklands and Denmark’s commercial capital will be operated on the carrier’s Dornier 328 aircraft. Commenting on the new flight, which came into service on January 19th, Sun-Air chief executive officer Niels Sundberg said that the airline had been looking at starting a flight to London City “for several years”.”The airport is located close to London’s commercial and financial districts, and it therefore has its focus on business travellers and their needs,” he said. Mr Sundberg added that the flight would be attractive to passengers because of the compact nature of London City Airport – something that allows passengers to travel to their meeting within minutes of landing. Sun-Air will operate two daily flights on the route between Monday and Friday, with a further evening departure taking off on Sunday.London City is home to ten airlines that fly to 32 destinations throughout the UK and Europe.ReturnOne wayMulti-cityFromAdd nearby airports ToAdd nearby airportsDepart14/08/2019Return21/08/2019Cabin Class & Travellers1 adult, EconomyDirect flights onlySearch flights Map RelatedCimber Air to launch new service between Billund and GatwickCimber Air to launch new service between Billund and GatwickAer Arann to launch service between Isle of Man and London CityAer Arann has announced that it will fly to London City AirportBA launches new winter docklands routesBritish Airways (BA) will be launching two new routes out of London City Airport in December.last_img read more
