Top class chefs Adam Stokes, Robert Thompson, Adam Simmonds and Lisa Allen each produced a mouthwatering course for the banquet which was developed in partnership with Great British Chefs – an award-winning digital business that showcases recipes, how-to videos, tips and tricks from over 70 of the best chefs across Britain. Guests decked out in black tie were also able to bid in an exclusive live auction which featured lots including a luxury seven night holiday in Mauritius, a stunning diamond Boucheron necklace and an elegant wine tasting soiree for twenty people, all of which generated some heated bidding.
